At CSByMark, we design and produce high-quality, custom 3D-printed phone mounts and accessories. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

Most products are made to order.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Custom or special orders: Up to 5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage, with UPS and FedEx available for expedited services.

  • CSByMark has no control over customs delays or fees

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update

  • International tracking availability may vary by carrier and destination


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

CSByMark is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Returned packages

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Shipments

If your shipment is delayed:

International shipments returned due to customs issues or refused delivery may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
